Listen...when you have a goal in mind but do not act upon it, its just an idea! I am a 35 y/o Mom and Wife with a CRAZY schedule๐Ÿ˜ฏ My day begins at 5am and ends at 12:30am Mon-Fri not including weekends so I have to make time for workouts. I do not always want to but I enjoy outcome๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฝ. The moment my Doctor told me I was MORBIDLY OBESE I knew I had to make a change for myself and my family.

At only 5 ft even I was 3.6 lbs away from 200 lbs..... what did that mean for me?!? Hey everyone!!!! My name is Nettie, and thanks to these amazing at-home fitness programs, I've been able to take control of my health & feel the BEST I've ever felt in my life!

I have 2 children under the age of 3, so my time is precious (and limiting), but the accountability groups have been my saving grace!!! And who says you can't have abs after kids?! ๐Ÿ˜‰

I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) when I was 18 - it meant severe insulin resistance, horrendous cravings, predisposition to diabetes, and a near-inability to lose weight. When others lose 7-8 pounds, I'm likely to lose 1-2. It's the MOST discouraging feeling, and I let it completely defeat me.

I'd tried EVERYTHING to lose weight - counting calories, cutting out food groups, prescription weight loss medicine, long hours in the gym...and nothing worked. I felt like I was STUCK, and I didn't know how to move forward.

I began my health journey with 21 Day Fix and Shakeology. I was SO skeptical when I got started - honestly, I was SURE it would fail, and be just more proof that I couldn't succeed. But I stuck with it, and the simple combination of proper portions, good food, great nutrition, and 30-minute daily workouts COMPLETELY changed the game for me.

I'm down 70 pounds and 5 pants sizes! I'm not at my goal yet (shooting for 100 pounds!), but for the first time, I feel like it's truly achievable - and I can't WAIT to turn this dream into reality!

My journey kicked off in August 2016 where I finally came to the place of being sick and tired of being sick and tired! Starting and never being completely dedicated to accomplishing my health and fitness goals had gone on for some years.

Today I have lost over 20 lbs and plenty of inches and still at it. By sticking with 21 day fix, insanity and now Core de Force I've been able to button up my size 5 favourite jeans that I have fit into since 2012!!! Being consistent and sticking with the program has gotten me here and will be the very thing that will keep me achieving my health and fitness goals 


Round 1 of the Demolition Challenge: 7.2 inches and 2.7 pounds gone for good! This program is amazing and no equipment needed. Chasing after 4 boys for years didn't get me looking like this
